My 2012 Model S does not blow hard out of the middle upper vents. The passenger side floor vent gets all of the air. How can I fix this.

If you go to Service Mode (instructions on youtube videos) and tap the snowflake icon, do you see HVAC Test? That will tell you if any of the actuators are malfunctioning.
