Just brought my new Model Y home (very happy with the first drive). Had the wall charger professionally installed. It is connected to wifi and it clearly gets electricity (green led is on).
But in the app on my phone it says
Configuration Required - Error Code: 43 - configuration incomplete or additional configuration is required

When I plug it into the Model Y, the red T comes on almost immediately.

Any ideas as to what might be going on?

Never mind
Went through the commissioning procedure again and was asked to specify max output etc. Done and charging now...

Good luck Wayne, I have 2x Gen3s connected to a 125A sub panel in the garge. I can charge 2x Ts at the same time. On a path to the analysis and changing to TOU with my electric company.
