Hi
I have a 2019 Model 3 AWD. I'm currently on firmware 2024.45.32. My issue started though on 2024.44.25.2. The LTE connection has begun falling out from time to time. Wi-Fi always works fine It started 22nd of December whilst I was on 2024.44.25.2. Suddenly LTE signal was gone. On the 23rd it got back again. Before again dissapearing. Now I',m on firmware 2024.45.32 - it's still happening. It got working again after upgrade and reboot. Comes and goes. Service center says it might be electronical issues and has proposed a fix which includes changing the eCall system electronics board. But my experience with them from previous service-visits is that they don't know what they are talking about. I've also read on other Tesla forums similar people are having issues with LTE. I have eSIM in the car. Anyone else have this issues or have any advice on how to fix this? I do not have service mode plus. This is how it looks like when the LTE is down:
