Hello all. Love my car, but seriously concerned with lack of UI design. Poor Quality Control in service centers.

One person's bad UI is often another person's great UI.
Just compare it to Ford with the big-ass ugly knob in the middle of the screen. That's an example of a lousy UI based upon a committee.
