Waiting a month for my service appointment, drove 1 hour to Milford. Gave very descriptive assessment of the noise, mph it happens and pictures of fogged lens when I scheduled the appt. Get to the Service center, test drive with Tech. Wait 45 minutes, car never taken in. Advisor tells me they don't have the parts, nor a loaner and I will have to reschedule for January. Of course I head south in January and the closest SC is an hour away in Charleston, SC. Only plus side was meeting a few nice Tesla owners from CT.
