I have a March 2020 Performance Y. My rear set hit wear bar around 10k. I replaced them at 12k and they were pretty much completely bald. It’s now 25k and almost bald, so about 10-12k per set. Front set looks like it could go another 10k miles. Your first 2 sets seem in the reasonable range depending on how you drive, but the last set definitely seem unusually short. I’m considering Michelin EV for back set, but I should probably keep them all P-Zeros, to match the front, and replace all 4 next round.
