Do I need to rotate tire of my model y performance. Front size and rear size are different.

can I change:

front - 255/35/21 to 275/35/21

rear - 275/35/21 to 295/35/21

if so, is it going to lost more range? please advice if you have any experience. thanks

You may be able to rotate left to right, but not front to back
