OK it's now less than 2 weeks until I get my Model 3 and I'm considering a cover for the vehicle as there is a lot of dust, pollen and bird-poop around my building and car parking lot.

The $300 one from the Tesla shop looks great, I love that the charge port is available and it's really sleek and branded. But it's black. My car will be in the direct sun during summer, so a reflective cover would be fantastic - a black one is just going to soak up the heat.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I've seen a bunch of generic ones on Amazon, most of them well under $100, but I'm open to suggestions at this point. I'd love Tesla to offer a silver one.

The black one on the Tesla store is indoor.
The Tesla outdoor cover is silver and eternally sold out.

Note that there are vents in the front of the car for battery cooling.
The model 3 covers should have a vent there also.

I am also looking for a cover. Lots of tree schnitzel around here.
I’ve head “covercraft HP” is good but I’m still researching it.
Also EV Annex has a model 3 cover.

Here is some pictures for my Model 3 car cover, it is a little bit big for the M3, but I guess big is always better than small for protection of the car. It also has the opening door for charging the model 3 car.
