replacing the low voltage battery

In the 9 years we've owned our Model X, we've had to replace the 12-volt battery 5 times. Is that normal? The last time we replaced it was November 4, 2024, less than a year ago. We're now getting a notice to schedule service to replace the low voltage batter.

I questioned this on the Tesla app, and the reply was that the battery loses about 1% per day. If that were true, then it would lose 97% of a full charge in 12 months. It doesn't seem right. More people would be complaining, but we haven't heard others complain.
