What version is the 2022 currently on?

 

There is a Wi-Fi check that the car can do, try it. I believe it can show up under software as well as under the network settings.

Just leave it connected and it tends to work itself out. It may take awhile, even overnight or two.

General answer, chill, just chill.

 

I just got off the phone with a service tech and he was scratching his head also. He confirmed the router strength, reset on his end a couple of times. I reset the car. He said that is latest refresh should work but it may take a few hours to show up.

I am monitoring the progress and it has moved to 49%. I will let y'all know what happens.

 

Try turning on sentry mode. The car won't fall asleep. With slow DL speeds, this allows the DL attempt to run for many hours.
This seemingly helped me, upwards of once. Or I finally got lucky.

 

Thanks for the suggestion but, after the tech recognized that my setup was correct, and my other M3P is sitting right next to this car and has no problem downloading, tricks should not be needed.

Right now the car apparently gave up on the 2025.26.7 update. That never finished after reaching 51%.

It is now into it's second day of trying to download 2025.32 - stuck at 36%.

Obviously there is something wrong.

 

2025.32 finally got installed after using my phone hotspot sitting in the car.

I am still massively disappointed in the car's WIFI capabilities. Anyway - out for now.
