I traded in my Model 3 the other day. My model 3 is still in my app, I can see it, control it, if they put it on a supercharger I would pay for it. I tried going back to do a system reset. Entered in the password ect, Turned blue tooth off. Went home still see the car on my account, can not remove it.
Do I need to wait up to a month for the dealer to pay off my balance before I can remove the car from my account?
Is there someone at Tesla I can talk to? chat, phone, email?

On the remove vehicle page it does say. Removal is not supported for leased, loaned, or enterprise fleet. So, It would seem until the car is paid off I can't disconnect from it.

I did remove my payment method. If someone did charge, probably for the first time it would charge and leave a balance due. I know this because the first time I charged I didn't have a payment method.
Oh, and I got a 2023 1SS Camaro, 6 speed. As in my profile photo. for a car that supposably does not sell well, this was the only one in stock in my price range, in the entire state of Oregon.

Looks like they need it paid off before you can remove it from your account.
