You could try removing the entire mount from the windshield, taking it apart, and see if it's possible to superglue the part that broke.
Alternately, buy a replacement mirror from a junkyard, or a new one from Tesla service.
Or just make an appointment with Tesla to have them replace it with a new one.

That shouldn’t be expensive to replace, even if you have Tesla service do it. One of the benefits of Tesla not using a smart camera mirror like GM does.
