+1. I just registered here for the same reason. 1,000+ posts over at TMC, but the way things are over there now, this site will be seeing an influx of new members.

 

VerticalScope forums have issues, too, but outages typically only last minutes or hours at the most - not days, weeks, months, or years. TMC has been having issues for well over a year and has become literally unusable the past week or two.

 

AI scrapers have brought just about any web site without Akamai or Cloudflare protection unusable, even with the most robust serving technology.

 

I’m on this forum because TMC leadership seems to be MIA. Either get better management or it will die a slow death.

4 out of 5 attempts to access TMC still see failures today. They keep saying they've fixed issues but it only gets worse. If I was them I would move the hosting server and start clean to rid any bots they have hidden away in their partitions. But I'm not them, and pretty sure they don't care.

 

What's odd is that some people still seem to be able to use it because I keep getting reply summary emails, but I am unable to access the forum or responses take 30-90 seconds.

 

I haven't been able to access the site for many days, and I'm not sure what's going on with it.

 

Pretty quick for me, but I'm not a regular. 😁

Not for me. I am using combinations of Safari, Chrome, and Firefox on MacOS and Windows from three locations (home, work, mobile) on three different ISPs.

Haven’t even been able to log in to TMC in last 3 days…still cannot today. Not going to change my privacy settings in Safari just for whatever has changed at TMC.

 

you can't event register for TMC currently. You fill out all the information, and it just resets the registration page.

 

The site has been performing normally (at least for me and some others) for a couple of days, but I'm not popping the cork just yet. I've seen this before - it'll work great for a while then the problems return.
