There are some plastic clips under the frunk top cover that hold the windshield washer lines. Maybe the hose came loose from one of them? Open the frunk and pop up the upper cover around where the washer fluid reservoir is to get a look. You should be able to feed the excess hose through the clip and under the cover. Thanks, after one year, new wipers are due. However, I noticed something strange yesterday:

The window washer tube formed a loop. The fluid still came out without a problem. Just curious if anyone else has seen this?
For now, I just pushed the tube down towards the hinge but it looks like there is a free loop down there. I'm thinking a small, zip-tie might be needed?
Thanks,
Bob Wilson
At $23 for each side, $46 is a little pricey compared to my previous ride ... but I haven't priced BMW i3 wipers yet.Now available online from Tesla https://shop.tesla.com/product/model-3-wiper-blades
====================================================================Another option (which I will try out tomorrow) is to keep reusing the OEM Tesla wipers and just replace the rubber blade. I just took out the original rubber and measured the widths. At 6mm wide it looks like a wide variety of aftermarket wiper blade refills fit (like ones for Rain-X Latitude and Bosch Icon). Usually the refills come in 28" lengths and your trim them to fit.
I will try taking out the rubber blades from my Bosch PUREVision wipers and use them to refill my OEM Tesla ones. It would be nice to use the PIAA silicone wiper refills, but the 26" refill is 8mm wide and too big to fit the OEM wiper beam unless one trims the width of the locking T-shaped strip. From the PIAA website - Rubber claw width is 6mm for sizes 12" up to 22" and 8mm for sizes 24" up to 28".
P.S. The OEM Tesla wipers are made by Bosch. Stamped on them are a tiny Bosch logo and "Made in Austria".
I'm not sure on those blades, but my video below will show you how to remove the wipers====================================================================
I'd like to try to replace just the rubber refill. PIAA.com has part #'s 94065 (26 inch, track width 8mm) and 94048 (19 inch, track width 6mm). Will they fit ? Also, I can't for the life me figure out how to remove the end cap. Any advise is appreciated.
You need to lift up on the tabs on the underside. Both sides at the same time. Then it will slide off. Also, I can't, for the life me, figure out how to remove the end cap. Any advise is appreciated.
Just so you know, if/when those hose clips break, you can replace them. They are on Ebay by searching for "Windshield wiper Clip Door Hose Arm to fit Tesla Model 3/Y". They are a great quality and design. There are some plastic clips under the frunk top cover that hold the windshield washer lines. Maybe the hose came loose from one of them? Open the frunk and pop up the upper cover around where the washer fluid reservoir is to get a look. You should be able to feed the excess hose through the clip and under the cover.
Hello I'm new here and was having the same issue. I found the wiper arm was missing some retainers to keep the hose attached to the arm. I found them on Etsy. There are some plastic clips under the frunk top cover that hold the windshield washer lines. Maybe the hose came loose from one of them?
